Dr Jonquille Chantrey has beaten seventeen finalists to win the prestigious 2019 Medical Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year Award. The sought-after John Bannon Award for Medical Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year was presented to Dr Jonquille in front of more than 700 guests in the ballroom of the glamorous Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel in central London.

Dr Jonquille was humbled by the award and accepted on behalf of her team and clinic whose aim is to empower patients to make informed choices whilst encouraging self-acceptance in an increasingly superficial society. For more than 11 years she has taught on the global stage and has been involved from the inception to launch of five Juvéderm products as a principal investigator, medicaladvisor, clinical trial injector and international demonstrator.

“There were some really amazing people in this category, so I feel really surprised that I was presented
with this Award. I never go for anything like this and it was a real shock. Thank you also to the judging
panel; I am just really deeply humbled by it so thankful. I entered this year because I just felt that there had
been a lot that I have personally contributed and just thought that maybe this time I should put myself
forward and go for something. I am so thankful to everyone at the Aesthetics journal and Aesthetics
