Kerry studied at the Universities of Sheffield and Leicester. She is a Consultant Psychologist, Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is a full member of the Division of Forensic Psychology and member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology. She offers all Psychology & Emotional Detox services at ØNE aesthetic studiø.

Kerry is a Health & Care Professions Council Registered and Practitioner Forensic Psychologist. She is also a Chartered Scientist and member of the Science Council.

Kerry is one of the UK’s best known psychologists and has worked in her field for over twenty years. She spent the first part of her career working in forensic mental health, including for the Prison Service and both NHS and public sector secure psychiatric services. She quickly gained a reputation for her ability to engage with and treat the most complex, challenging and often dangerous patients.

In 2003, Kerry set up her own successful practice of Psychologists and Psychotherapists accepting referrals for family, mental health and criminal Expert Witness work and providing clinical services to various health and social care organisations. Kerry acted as a psychological specialist in major police investigations, who appreciated her practical, ‘no psycho-babble’ style. Additionally, she was trusted advisor to the government regarding the safe management of high-risk individuals.

Kerry lectured in Applied Psychology to post-graduate students at Manchester University between 2004 -07. She is a highly experienced trainer, having delivered training and consultancy in mental health, criminal justice and related settings as part of her private practice.
